The process from separation testing to equipment selection begins with calculating the sedimentation coefficient based on the customer's sample information (particle size, density, solution density, viscosity). We then propose potential equipment candidates based on the separation objectives, processing volume, and amount of solids. Next, we conduct batch tests using a small amount of the sample to perform sedimentation and filtration tests, predicting the processing capacity and separation efficiency of the candidate equipment. We also carry out pilot tests using a small test machine to establish separation conditions. Based on the data obtained from these tests, we select the most suitable equipment for the usage conditions.
